Aim
Help me achieve my dream to travel Norfolk in a 1980s Bedford Bambi campervan showing you EVERY vintage & antiques shop in the county!
The Prize
An iconic midcentury Ercol Windsor 203 armchair worth £600 with new upholstered base cushion in a neutral wool fabric in time for Christmas! Delivery within Norfolk included - if you are further afield you are of course welcome to arrange to collect your prize.
The Cause
For the next stage of my Norfolk Retro journey I want to share with you ALL the vintage sourcing secrets I've learned over the past 10 years on my very own YouTube channel. I'll show you the secret shops, the little known auctions, and the best fairs and sales in Norfolk, plus let you in on dealer secrets and haggling tips so you can find all the best vintage on your doorstep at the best prices.
The funds raised from this prize draw will be used towards aquiring my dream vehicle to get Norfolk Retro on the road in the appropriate vintage style: a rare 1980s Bedford Bambi camper. Think Sooty's van, but ever so slightly bigger... I'll be needing to stop over as the Bambi's top speed is generally about 45mph, so I'll also show you the local campsites I stay at on the way, plus the highs (and no doubt lows) of buying and running a classic vehicle with next to no mechanical knowledge... I hope you'll come along for the ride!
