NokarOnline’s core business is to deliver products from any local source to the customer for a reasonable surcharge. This is achieved by a customer placing a request through the NokarOnline call center. The request is processed and dispatched to staff who purchase and deliver the product. Payment for the product plus the surcharge is made on delivery.
Delivery times have been reduced from between 40–90 minutes down to less than 20 minutes by warehousing commonly purchased items. This increase in efficiency had a direct effect on increasing customer numbers and customer retention.
