I have a property with a secure and large garden. It is on the boundary of the Snowdonia national park and only 1.5 miles from a major tourist attraction ZipWorld. Being situated along the main trunk road A5 almost all visitors to the area pass my cottage. I live here with my 21 year old son and after loosing our previous business to covid we want to establish a much needed LGBTQ friendly Dog day care service to adventure seekers and locals alike. As it is home based we would be available 24/7 for those that want to explore the outdoors. If you want to catch the sunrise from the summits an early start is a must.
Our aim is to provide a service to elderly patients of the local Hospital that fosters Dogs so they can be repatriated with them when back in the community.
The business would facilitate a service for local people to gain employment or training as we care for the family dog.
The funding will facilitate the construction of three outdoor Kennels and two separate indoor overnight stay areas within the house.
The added target is double this.
If successful we would be able to foster 2/3 dogs for elderly patients who do not want to give up their beloved dog/s
