To provide 100 meals, warm spaces, sports & digital support for vulnerable community members until Mar 2026.
Heat, food, or human connection. No one should be forced to sacrifice one to afford the others.
This winter, too many people in London are being forced to choose between heat, food and human connection. Families skip meals to keep warm. Older neighbours ration heating to avoid another bill. Loneliness deepens as the cost of living rises.
Across the city, 2.2 million people live in poverty, and nearly half of UK households struggle with energy costs. These are not statistics. They are our neighbours and our communities.
RJ4All believes another winter is possible. With just £2, we can begin turning survival into dignity. Your donation will fund small but impactful actions through our services, running from December 10th, 2025, to March 31st, 2026, except for our scheduled holiday closure from December 22nd, 2025, to January 4th, 2026.
Your £2 can bring a hot cup of coffee, or fresh food for a meal for people living in hardship through our community kitchen and food bank.
But if we get many £2 donations from many people like you, we can do so much more. Together, we can provide holistic support services, including:
No amount is too small.
Your contributions will directly support our comprehensive winter programme running from December 2025 through March 2026, except to holiday closure from Decmeber 22nd, 2025 to January 4th, 2026:
Free Food Bank & Community Fridge: Fresh, nutritious meals and groceries for families struggling to make ends meet. We'll provide 100+ meals this winter, reducing household food costs by an average of £10-15 per week and directly preventing poverty and crisis.
Festive Meals: Hot, hearty food at our December gathering and throughout the winter months.
Our work is shaped by restorative justice. That means we focus on dignity and choice. People pick the food that suits their culture, tastes and dietary needs. It is not just about filling plates. It is about respect, belonging and creating a space where everyone can feel valued.
Heated Community Rooms: Our main hall at the Rotherhithe Community Centre stays open as a warm, safe space where anyone can drop in during winter. People can access restorative justice support, join workshops or simply enjoy a hot drink and chat with their neigbours. Last winter, more than 300 visits were recorded, showing just how essential this space has become.
Free Restorative Justice Wellbeing Services: We will continue running weekly restorative justice wellbeing circles, supporting up to 10 people each time. Participants choose a real challenge they are facing, explore it together and find practical solutions as a community.

Digital Access Support: We'll help 20 isolated individuals stay connected with family online during the winter by improving community's basic digital skills. Digital inclusion prevents isolation, gives access to cheaper online services, remote work opportunities and essential information that supports financial independence.
Restorative Justice Sports: We offer an accessible, well equipped gym at a low cost of £0.50 per entry, ensuring affordable access for anyone who needs it. We also organise sports activities such as boxing, walking and badminton. These activities help build community cohesion, as sport is a powerful way to connect and communicate with others.

Your donation helps us host a meaningful community event on 12 December 2025. For many, it will be the only moment this winter where they feel welcomed, supported and not alone.
Your contribution will provide:
This is more than a celebration. It is comfort, connection and dignity during the hardest time of year.

Alongside our existing funding and resources, your ongoing donation helps us to continue and expand our work.

This year, with your support, we can do even more.
The Restorative Justice for All International Institute (RJ4All) provides free restorative justice services for the Rotherhithe community, and also promote restorative justice ethos to combat power abuse locally and globally. Our work is built on the principles of restorative justice: we bring people together to heal harm and resolve conflicts. This approach creates sustainable community networks where people support each other, building resilience that lasts far beyond a single winter.
We are committed to creating lasting change, not just short-term relief. Your donation helps us build community capacity, empower individuals, and foster long-term resilience.
This winter, help us ensure everyone in Rotherhithe knows they belong.
