No Limits is a charity offering free and confidential information, advice, counselling and support to children and young people under 26.
No Limits is a charity offering free and confidential information, advice, counselling and support to children and young people under the age of 26 in Southampton and Hampshire. Young people can come to No Limits for free support on a wide range of issues including housing, homelessness, debt, employment, relationships, sexual health, mental health and substance misuse. Support is offered at the No Limits Advice Centre in Central Southampton, through outreach work delivered in schools and colleges across Hampshire, in the Emergency Department at five Hampshire hospitals and virtually via phone, email, web chat and Zoom.
We aim to offer great quality services that are responsive to the changing needs of the areas in which we work and the people we support. Our services also aim to be inclusive and accessible, ensuring that our service users are able to get the most out of the support we provide.

No Limits is based right in the heart of the Hampshire community, with our Advice Centre on Southampton High Street, Youth Workers based in emergency departments and outreach workers in local schools. We aim to reach as many vulnerable young people and children as possible, offering support for a wide range of issues, helping them to build a brighter future.

Our Advice Centre on Southampton High Street is available for those under the age of 26 to use as a warm space during the cost-of-living crisis. With the cost of heating and electricity massively increasing, we are crowdfunding alongside Co-op’s match funding for Warm Spaces, to help towards our energy costs over the next few months so that we can keep our space open and warm for those that need it.

It is important to us to make sure our Advice Centre is as welcoming and warm for the vulnerable young people and children who visit the site. The money raised from our fundraiser will go towards the energy costs of running the centre.
