No Holidays From Hunger - Easter Appeal

For some children, school is their only hot meal. Easter takes that away. Help us support families in crisis across our community 💛

💔 About This Campaign For some children in our community, the only hot meal they get… is at school. When the Easter holidays begin, that meal disappears. 

Across Larbert, Stenhousemuir and the surrounding areas, families are already struggling to keep food on the table. Cupboards are running empty. Parents are skipping meals so their children can eat. And during the holidays, that pressure becomes overwhelming. We see it every day. More families are turning to us for help. More children are going without. More people are reaching the breaking point. Right now, around 1 in 4 children are growing up in households facing food insecurity. This isn’t somewhere else; this is happening here, in our own community. 

We are incredibly grateful that Cash for Kids is supporting us again this year, helping us reach families who need it most. Alongside this, we are working closely with local schools and nurseries to identify and support those who need help most during the holidays. But with demand continuing to grow, we want to go further, to make sure no family is left without support this Easter. 

That’s why we’re asking for your help. Your donation will provide: Emergency food for families in crisis, Support during the Easter holidays, A lifeline for those with nowhere else to turn. This isn’t just about food. It’s about dignity. It’s about protecting children. It’s about making sure no one is left to struggle alone. 💛 Please give what you can.
