By reaching our original target and stretching our goal we will be able to further develop the resources we upload and include creative training and extra content. The extra funds will be able to support the work of Nimbus Collective for a longer amount of time and enable us to reach even more people.
Hello! My name is Martha and I am an actor, presenter and arts facilitator. I founded Nimbus Collective in 2016 to encourage individuals and churches to find inspiring and creative ways to connect with God and share His story with the community they are a part of.
In the last few years Nimbus Collective has run creative conferences, spearheaded interactive workshops and led seminars across the UK. We have been a part of major Christian events including Spring Harvest and The Creative Christianity Summit. Nimbus draws from a wide pool of Creatives including story tellers, illustrators, artists, writers, videographers, actors, makers, designers, to name a few. They are available for the needs of each project; all passionate about sharing the gospel message in a fresh vibrant way.
On a local level, Nimbus has partnered directly with churches to create and deliver one off events aimed to help them connect directly with the communities around them. We’ve built a huge bank of interactive online resources which have been widely used and in high demand- especially over this last season!
At Nimbus we believe that we are all made in the image of God, the “Ultimate Creator”. Therefore, we are all creative in our own way - and have the ability to see things differently! Creativity enables our imagination to be unlocked and gives each individual a chance to reflect and to relate to something on a whole new level.
Over time, we have created a bank of resources used by our team when delivering events across the UK: numerous Churches have also had direct access to these.
During recent months Church communities across the country have been challenged to communicate in a totally new way using on-line tools. For many, this has been a huge challenge. We have responded by creating and sharing new digital and interactive resources online that have been free to access. Churches, schools, families and individuals are all interacting with the content and have said how inspiring they have found it and are asking for more!
We are developing an online “NIMBUS - Creative Resource Hub” to help equip and empower The Church with top quality, fun and accessible resources. At the heart of all our material is the desire to share the gospel message in a refreshing and engaging way.
The Nimbus- Creative Resource Hub will hold a wide range of content. Much will be free, with some material subject to a fee, depending on the resources required and the extent of a bespoke request.

We also have big plans for the future of Nimbus Collective. These include developing the resources we offer and expanding the size and diversity of our audience.
At a time when creative and engaging resources are in high demand, but not always easily available for everyone, our aim is to offer high quality and accessible resources to inspire the individual.
This Crowdfunder campaign aims to secure the funding we need to launch The NIMBUS Creative Resource Hub; to enable new content to be created and cover costs during an initial 6-month period. A successful campaign will give us the foundation we need to deliver regular and up-to-date resources and make this and the work of Nimbus Collective sustainable and available for a long time to come.
Since its launch in 2016 Nimbus Collective has always operated project by project on a volunteer basis and finances have come from personal contributions.
However, in the last few months our creative resources have been hugely successful and Nimbus online platform has grown so rapidly that we want to stretch our reach and continue to expand. This will develop the work we are doing to keep up with demand. Your money will go to:
