We're hoping to raise funds for Nibble NQ’s first catering van so we can deliver and do more, and keep our Manchester cafe live and kicking!
It’s no secret that Manchester's hospitality scene is having a tough time. With so many amazing places closing their doors, we’re really grateful and proud to say that Nibble NQ is still here. However, a huge part of that is thanks to our amazing catering customers.
Catering is the cornerstone of our business. While cafe costs increase and margins get smaller, it's the catering side of the business that helps keep us afloat, keep our doors open to the Northern Quarter community, employ an incredible squad, and do what we love - it’s why we’re still going.
We get to deliver a little slice of café life to some gorgeous local businesses, putting a smile on their faces, especially those with dietary requirements who might not get a lot of choice (or a rubbish choice!) with other caterers.
But here’s the problem… I'm legging it all over town in my tiny Mazda, playing Tetris to fit all our catering boxes into a very small space. It’s time to level up our deliveries and get a dedicated Nibble NQ catering van!
A delivery van would not only make my life so much easier, but it would also allow us to take on more orders, deliver further afield, to several orders at a time, help advertise what we do outside of our cafe space, and allow us to grow a part of our business that keeps Nibble NQ alive and kicking, and employ and train more team members.
So here’s where you guys come in... We’re aiming to raise enough money to get a van, and any support you can offer would mean the world to us. Thank you for being a part of our journey and helping us continue to do what we love.
We've added some special incentives here to choose from, to give back to you lovely humans for donating, and we'll be doing loads of other fun things at the cafe over the next 12 weeks too, to help add to the pot!
