🚣♂️ Xtreme Challenge 2026 is making waves. The Xtreme Challenge is about making a difference, raising funds to support local communities.
This year’s challenge is Xtreme Rafting — The adrenaline‑fuelled colleagues Kelly, Freddy, Simon, & Julie at NHS Property Services, are colleagues together about to test teamwork, communication, and resilience. Set against an exciting, high‑energy backdrop, teams will work together to overcome the challenge, drawing on trust, coordination, and shared determination. Building on previous challenges like abseiling, dunking, and survival, this is the next chapter in a journey powered by shared effort, camaraderie, and collective achievement.
At its core, the Xtreme Challenge is about making a difference beyond the challenge itself. Funds raised will support the NHSPS Community Fund, helping charities such as Sophies Legacy, Abigails footsteps, The childrens book project, and Zarach, alongside other organisations dedicated to health and wellbeing, mental health support, and strengthening communities when support is needed most. These causes provide vital help, care, and opportunities for people across our communities, and every contribution plays a part in that impact.
By taking on Xtreme Rafting, colleagues aren’t just embracing an exciting challenge — they’re helping turn teamwork into tangible, positive change. Every paddle stroke represents support, every team effort fuels the cause, and every donation helps transform challenge into real‑world impact for those who need it most.
