In support of British Airways Flying Start and Comic Relief, we're taking part in The British Airways Touch Rugby Tournament at Twickenham.
Hello, we're The Nexus Condors.
We're a team drawn from across Nexus, which is a commercial change programme delivering one of the most exciting transformations British Airways has seen for generations. Along with our partners, we are building the most convenient, helpful and personalised customer experience in aviation through best-in-class retailing, 100% customer servicing, and helpful trip assistance.
Powered by our South American-based delivery partner Globant, we're taking inspiration from the Chilean national bird, the Andean Condor. Being based across the globe, we've got a massive wingspan (one of largest flying birds in the world). We're always scavenging for new ways to be better. And like our roosts, we're going high places in this tournament.
We're an agile organisation which will deliver significant commercial value, a step-change improvement in the customer experience in a technology-focused way. Therefore, expect pacy wingers, stepping that will beat any defender, and a team that uses the latest in data and AI to be the best.
Most importantly, we're so happy to be supporting such a good cause.
