Next Gen Menfulness: co-created workshops by/for young men—building strength, empathy, financial resilience & brighter futures.

Who are we, and what is our project about?
Next Gen Menfulness is the youth-led arm of Menfulness, a charity dedicated to improving men’s wellbeing. Our project is co-created by young men, for young men, recognising them as experts in their own lives. We combine mental health support with practical life skills—project management, budgeting, teamwork—to help young men grow in strength, empathy, and leadership. By focusing on both wellbeing and financial capability, we aim to build stronger futures and communities.

Why are we crowdfunding?
We want to bring these workshops into more schools where young people face the toughest socio-economic challenges. Many young men struggle with both mental health and managing money—issues that can reinforce each other. By tackling them together, we give participants the tools, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive. Funding will allow us to reach those who will benefit most, ensuring no one is left behind because of circumstance.

How we’ll spend the money raised
Your donations will cover:

• Facilitator time and contracting of experts to delver workshops.
• Materials and resources for workshops and venue expenses
• School partnership, outreach and administration costs
• Access budget to increase engagement of young men and the support that requires

Every pound will go directly into delivering high-impact, co-created sessions that equip young men to manage their wellbeing, handle money wisely, and make a positive mark on their communities.
