NEWQUAY ART BOX PROJECT
We are collecting art materials to create packs to be given to the children and young people of Newquay who may otherwise not have access to art supplies.
Everyone should have access to the materials to create art and in the current climate being creative has so many mental health benefits - especially for young people who have not only had to live with the stress of Covid but also the upheaval (and boredom) of the lock downs and not attending school.
There are many children and families in Newquay that don't have this, if you can help us collect/purchase the materials to create these packs that would be amazing! The aim is 100 packs to go out for Xmas.
A £10 pledge will pay for one whole art supply pack.
We are looking for the following:
Sketch Books
Drawing pencils
Colouring Pencils
Rubbers
Pencil Sharpeners
Paints (watercolour/poster paint tins)
Paint brushes
Crayons/Oil Pastels
Fine Liners/ Felt Tip Pens
