We aim to give access to women and girls over 14 to play cricket, have fun and increase fitness in a unique setting; their own ground.
Our vision is to bring a cricket ground back to it's former glory and allow a new team to flourish.
Money raised will go towards renovating the pitch, providing training equipment and improving the facilities. We are hoping to start disability cricket next season, so will be looking to fund accessible changing facilities.
We aim to support local people to realise their potential by providing access to cricket for women and those with disabilities across all standards, friendly and league, softball and hardball. With the current strides forward in women's cricket and the rise of popularity in T20 format and The Hundred, we couldn't be starting at a better time.
By supporting our friendly, local club you will be helping a small venture achieve their large dreams. There are two simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality:
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
