Rewire the World with New Internationalist

We are living in a critical moment for democracy, justice and truth.

From fascists in the streets to heads of state, the far right is gaining power and getting organized across borders. Politics of hate and division are putting human rights and climate action under threat – and this time it's global. 

We at New Internationalist magazine are aiming to raise £50,000 by 21 March through our Rewire the World campaign. This will help us produce a magazine dedicated to tackling the far right. 

Your donation will help us to:

• Produce a magazine dedicated to exposing the far right, giving a much-needed global perspective to a global problem, and giving readers the tools to fight back and support inspiring activist movements across the world.
• Expose the true culprits driving global inequality, and share stories that challenge divisive far right rhetoric. 
• Ensure an independent, campaigning magazine keeps arriving on your doormat, on newsstands and online.  

The re-election of US President Donald Trump is just the latest symptom of a deadly economic model that’s produced historically unprecedented wealth for the tiny elite, alongside deep pools of poverty and environmental destruction.

This affects all of us.

That’s why New Internationalist’s top priority this year is exposing the global far right, and making the case for an internationalist alternative that can win popular support. 

But we need your help to do it.

With no billionaire backers, we need support from our readers and supporters to power our journalism, and continue to tell the stories that the mainstream sidesteps.
