We're still collecting donations
On the 16th October 2020 we'd raised £12,525 with 13 supporters in 59 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 16th October 2020 we'd raised £12,525 with 13 supporters in 59 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Due to COVID-19 mainstream gyms are no longer the place to go and feel safe. So we have to adapt and improvise to move forwards.
Health, fitness and happiness have always been our main values, its something we develop into our training, nutrition and coaching ethos at every turn.
With improved physical health, our immune systems improve and our ability to fight off disease and viruses is a lot more promising.
My intention is to open a small group training facility, giving people not only the physical benefits of training, but also social, developing friendships and support structures that everyone has missed out on during these difficult times.
I have always hoped to open up my own studio to carry on helping people improve both physically and mentally.
With gyms closing down, this is the only way I can carry on helping people within the North East. Health and fitness is now more than ever a very important factor in everyones lives.
