Aim: From muddy boots to lifelong bonds, Deal Town Rangers is more than a club – help us build a space where everyone belongs.
🟥 Who are we?
We’re Deal Town Rangers Football Club, a thriving grassroots club at the heart of our community in East Kent. With teams from Mini Rangers to youth squads to adult teams, we provide a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment for children of all ages and abilities to learn, play and grow through football.
For us, it’s more than just a game – it’s a family, a community, and a launchpad for lifelong confidence, teamwork and friendships.
⚽ Why are we crowdfunding?
We’re raising funds to build a brand-new clubhouse – a vital space that will support the next chapter of our club’s journey. Right now, we’re working with limited facilities that simply don’t meet the needs of our growing membership, which has recently been condemned.
The new clubhouse will provide:
Changing rooms and toilets
A safe indoor space for players, families and coaches
A place to grow our girls’ and inclusive teams, and increase participation
🔁 This project is eligible for match funding through Crowdfunder’s sport and community partners, including Sport England – so every donation could be doubled!
💷 How we’ll spend the money raised
We're replacing our ageing, run-down clubhouse with a modern, accessible building that will serve our players, families, and wider community for years to come.
The new facility will include proper changing rooms, toilets, a safe indoor space for players and parents, and a small kitchen area for refreshments on matchdays.
Any additional funds raised will be reinvested back into the club, helping us:
Buy new kit and training equipment
Support coach development
Subsidise fees for families in need
Every pound brings us closer to creating the kind of club our players deserve — safe, welcoming, and ready for the future.
🎯 Target: £150,000 (plus match funding to boost this further)
🌍 Community impact
This new clubhouse will be more than just a football building. It will be a safe, warm and welcoming space used by:
Over 400 local children across multiple age groups
Parents and carers during training and matchdays
Coaches and volunteers for sessions, briefings and safeguarding
Local groups for events, meetings and holiday camps
Girls’ teams and inclusive sessions, expanding opportunities for all
We want this space to be used all year round, helping us build not just players, but people.
