At NED Capital, we believe business should be a force for good. Over the years, alongside our executive search work, we have quietly supported a number of charitable initiatives, including an orphanage in Ukraine, Beam in London, and environmental projects such as tree planting.
We are now launching a dedicated Good Causes Platform to bring these efforts together, increase transparency, and enable more meaningful, sustained support for the organisations making a real difference.
We are raising funds to build and launch this platform — and we are committed to keeping costs as low as possible so that the maximum amount of funding reaches the charities themselves.
Why This Project Matters
Many small and medium-sized charities do extraordinary work but lack visibility, consistent funding, and access to professional networks that can help them grow and operate sustainably.
Through our work in executive search and board-level recruitment, we have seen firsthand how the right leadership, support, and funding can transform organisations.
This platform will help us:
• Support vulnerable children, including those affected by the war in Ukraine
• Continue our work with Beam in London, helping individuals rebuild their lives and access employment
• Expand our environmental commitment through tree planting initiatives
• Provide ongoing support to carefully selected charities that align with our values
• Increase awareness and transparency around charitable giving

What We Are Building
We are developing a dedicated Good Causes website that will:

Charities We Currently Support
Ukrainian Orphanage Support
We provide ongoing support to an orphanage caring for children affected by the war in Ukraine. These children have faced extraordinary hardship, and stable, long-term support is essential to their wellbeing and future.

Beam is a UK charity helping people facing homelessness into stable employment and housing. Their model provides direct, practical pathways to independence and dignity.
