Held at Simpson Memorial Hall in Moston. The event would involve:
Spending time with nature is proven to benefit our wellbeing and mental health. A greater connection to the natural world is essential for good mental health.
The event will be run as part of World Mental Health Day to help promote connections to nature and improved mental health.
Spending time with nature is proven to benefit our wellbeing and mental health. Nature is so central to our psychological and emotional health that it’s almost impossible to realise good mental health for all without a greater connection to the natural world. In the last five generations, so many of us have lived and worked in a context that is largely separated from nature.
