Aim

School Holidays Nature Camp (2023/2024) is an engaging and comprehensive project designed to involve 100 children aged 5-12

Hello, I'm Mohaned, one of the volunteers who helped establish the "9-Week School Holidays Nature Camp (2023/2024)." Our team is passionate about environmental education and nurturing a connection to nature in young minds.

Our vision for this project is to create a transformative experience for children aged 5-12 during their school holidays. We aim to instil a deep appreciation for the environment, foster pro-environmental behaviours, and promote community cohesion through nature-based activities.

Our team consists of dedicated sessional workers who will ensure the safety and enrichment of every child. We've also partnered with the Royal Parks for guided tours, fostering a direct connection to local ecosystems. Collaborating with climate and environmental officers from our local council.

We've planned an exciting range of activities, including nature exploration, recycling workshops, art, photography classes, and eco-challenges. These activities will be facilitated by experienced instructors and naturalists.

The funds we raise will play a vital role in achieving our vision. They will enable us to provide high-quality resources, including educational materials, art supplies, and equipment, ensuring that children have access to the best tools for their learning and creativity. Additionally, fundraising efforts will support our camp's sustainability and outreach.

We are committed to making a lasting impact by connecting children with nature, fostering eco-consciousness, and creating a sense of community. With your support, we'll bring this vision to life and inspire the next generation to become stewards of the environment. Thank you for considering our project.
