To encourage children and adults to learn about nature, insects, birds and develop simple methods to help with the impact of climate change.
To run 30 x 1hr sessions for children +/or adults to show them how they can do simple things to give extra help for wildlife struggling due to the impact of climate change. To increase peoples' knowledge of nature by helping them identify trees, insects, birds etc . To teach people simple measures such as:- putting water outside during our increasingly hot summers, planting flowers, trees and bushes that are best for bugs, and creating insect hotels.
We want people to understand how the destruction of local wildlife is threatening their environment and way of life.
We want people to see that they can make a difference to Climate change by taking small actions and we want to give them the opportunity to explore ideas here in our calm space at Bodster CIC
