Create a nature friendly area and walking trail with plants, trees and bushes that will attract birds and other wildlife to our community.
We will create a nature friendly area with plants, trees and bushes that will attract birds and other wildlife to our community. We will also create a walking trail around the centre to encourage people to visit and rest at the relaxation areas we will create.
Our community volunteers will also get involved in the creation of the area. They aim to plant over 1,500 bushes while completing the trail.
The video shows the initial work we have undertaken, reaching our funding target will go a long way to completing the project.
Visitors will also be given free access to our Financial Essentials online course that we have already created to improve their financial awareness.
The trail and relaxation areas will fit around the existing and planned activity space to a provide a multipurpose area, and community events.
The trail will provide a local area to allow people to exercise, relax or take part in activities in a family friendly environment.
