Obtain Materials for our scale model of nantwich signal box
Aim: to raise £650 to hire a digger and operator to lay the sleepers for our track extension
The Friends of the Nantwich Signal Box run a FREE steam train in hospital street Nantwich beside the Methodist church every Saturday Morning and raise money for childrens Charities by collecting donations. We have been operating since 2015 and raise £1000 per year for several children's charities including the Railway Children.
We have planning permission to extend our track at the rear of the church along Grocott's Row and need the funds to pay for the Hire of a digger and operator to install the sleepers for our new track which is being made by Students at University Training College in Crewe.
We welcome ALL Donations from £1 up.
