We’re Rosie, 26, Mel, 33, and Clare, 46, AKA Row With The Flow.

We’re a three-woman crew, spanning three decades in age, and in December we’ll be rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, from La Gomera, Spain to Antigua.

For over 40 days we’ll row two hours on, two hours off, 24/7 entirely self supported – no safety boat nearby.

Our challenge is twofold: Raising funds to get us to the start line and donating over £30,000 for our chosen charities - The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and Ocean Generation; £10 for every mile we row. With your help, we can meet the financial demands of this endeavour and dedicate our energy to raising funds for these life-changing causes. All the proceeds will be donated to our chosen charities.
