Naima haj ben Ali needs a heart operation

Aim

My future mother-in-law in Morocco needs an urgent heart operation having already been operated on last year

Hello and thank you for reading this far. 

This appeal is for the mother of my fiancé who lives in Morocco. She has been in hospital for some time now suffering with sepsis amongst other things. She has had heart problems for over 20 years and last year she was operated on at a cost of a few thousand pounds which as a family we managed to pay for.

However, she now requires another more complex heart operation and the cost this time is in the tens of thousands of pounds. She is eligible for a grant from the Moroccan state which covers 80% of the cost but that still leaves us needing to find another £5000 or so which is a problem now after what was paid last year and the running costs of her stays in hospital.

She is still only in her 50s and we all really want her to see grandchildren
