We are raising funds to create a media resource to promote and to share the Healing rites of the Munay Ki. Free to the public to access/use
The Munay Ki comprise 9 rites, healing transmissions that are derived from Inca and Andean traditions but have been created in a non dogmatic way that allows them to be easily accessible by people of all cultures and walks of life.
They help people to find a way forward in their lives that enables them to become the most, or a more amazing version of themselves than they beleived possible in their lives.
There exist number of media packages, DVD's that already do this. Introducing the rites, showing people how to give them to others and explaining their benefits and healing potential. However, they are genearlay dated and old in appearance. Also as the Munay Ki are very much about embracing change, evolution and growth in our lives, the message in the original, older videos needs updating and presenting in ways that are more relevant and accessible to people living today.
We are seeking to raise the necessary funds to present a high quality video that will be available to all people for free via the internet as a download and also through media such as YouTube. The video will also be available as a DVD. Our intention is that this DVD will be gifted at no extra cost to people participating in Munay Ki workshops, by the workshop leaders, so that they may use it both as a resource for themselves and also as a teaching resource when gifting the rites of the Munay Ki to others. For people who wish to have a of the DVD but not participating in a workshop it will be available at cost of producion plus postage with no profit.
The main part of the video will feature the method of the giving of each of the rites. This will be accompanied by a voice over and preceeded by an introduction. We are inviting a limited number of donating contributors who donate above the threshold amount as described in the rewards section to participate in the creation of the video itself. Each of these persons will be able to record their interview to camera where they can talk in thier own words about the Munay Ki and how they present them in their own workshops as well as thier own voice over to accompany the video of the giving of the rites. This will create personalised, high quality videos that allow each practitioner to present their interpretation of the Munay Ki to a wider audience. Making these healing and empowering practices accessible to a much wider audience, so that more people can benefit from them.
We invite people intending to donate at the higher amounts who wish to participate to contact us for a conversation first as there are limited opportunities to participate in this way and the balance and mix of people involded in the filming and production needs to be considered.
