We're still collecting donations
On the 21st July 2020 we'd raised £10,040 with 30 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Help us to fund the refurbishment of an outdoor building to provide a place for mums to keep fit whilst their children and babies play.

On the 21st July 2020 we'd raised £10,040 with 30 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
If we could stretch our target, we could also buy new equipment for the mums to enhance their training experience and toys for the children who use the gym. This extra funding would help us to enhance the experience and help to keep mums returning for years to come.
We are a team of two mums offering exercise classes and personal training to pregnant women and mums in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. We work from a local community centre as well as from our own homes and the homes of our customers. Our exercise classes and personal training sessions are tailored to meet the needs of pregnant women and new mums. Along with providing specialist knowledge in pre and post natal exercise, we also welcome babies and children to our sessions offering them a safe and fun place to be whilst their mums train.
Since the Covid-19 outbreak we have been unable to work out of our community centre base, in our own home gyms or in our customers homes. Our vision is to create a space to enable small groups of mums, mums to be and their children to enjoy their exercise experience again in a more suitable environment that will meet the requirements we now face with new distancing measures. The space will be an indoor/outdoor gym area with bathroom facilities and a changing area. There will be an area especially for children and babies where their mums can be seen, and where those mums will be able to see and tend to their little ones as needed during their sessions. It will be a space where children can play safely whilst mums work on keeping themselves fit, healthy and happy.
We have always used community centres, halls, our own home gyms and the homes of the mums themselves. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 and distancing measures there are now many limitations stopping us from doing this. Although we have adapted to these recent changes by offering online services, we miss seeing the faces of our customers and their children in person and would love to make their experience better when we are able to do so.
We would like somewhere mums can train and their little ones can play that is small and personal, unlike some large corporate gyms that are unsuitable for children and intimidating to many women during this stage of their lives. A place they can feel comfortable and be themselves whilst doing the best for their bodies and minds.
