'Move in March' with Well Grounded

Aim

To empower those most impacted by the pandemic into employment through training, qualifications, wellbeing and into work support.

Join us this March, as we move out of the pandemic and support the work of Well Grounded.

Well Grounded is a social enterprise, transforming lives through coffee. We link Londoners facing barriers to work into fulfilling careers in specialty coffee.

Well Grounded provides support through:

• Free technical coffee training and accreditation
• Employability skills
• Social and emotional wellbeing support
• Mentorship and coaching 

We have transitioned over 264 people into work, training and education in the last 5 years.

The impact of the pandemic and unemployment is wide-reaching with mental health and young people hit particularly hard. Since the Covid-19 outbreak, we have seen a 400% increase in demand for our mental health and wellbeing services. We continue to work with vulnerable people in need during this time, providing food, employment and wellbeing support.

As we launch into the post-pandemic world, our work takes on a new meaning as we regain momentum to link those most impacted to the quickly emerging jobs in the industry we love. Covid-19 has changed our funding landscape, resulting in a significant reduction in our traditional income streams. We need your help to build back our organisation stronger and give us the foundations to deliver our core programmes to those in need. 

From 1 March, friends, partners, and supporters of Well Grounded will be taking part in a variety of challenges ‘Move in March' to help us raise money for our training programmes in 2022.
