DAY OF ARAFAT APPEAL
Kijana Kwanza (Young People First) recently built a new orphan shelter that will home 70 of our most vulnerable children and young people, alongside members of staff.
To ensure that the children's religious and spiritual needs are being met, we are seeking to build a prayer room. The prayer room will facilitate daily and congregational prayers, as well as regular Qur'an classes.
These children and young people have been tested with abuse, abandonment, homelessness and poverty. Halima, a former street child, parents died suddenly from HIV and Karimu, was raped by his neighbour and ran away from home.
Help us create this sanctuary for these children to keep their imaan alive and thriving.
