Help get more scrubs to frontline staff in Aviemore and surrounding areas, Out of Hours Service Highland and Raigmore Hospital during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Please help me provide more Scrubs too our local frontline workers. Our frontline staff in local GP surgeries, Highlands Out of Hours Services and Raigmore Hospital need more Scrubs so they can change clothes between patients this helps protect them and us from further virus spread. Whilst the government and health boards are doing all they can and manufacturers are working flat out there is still a significant gap between supply and demand. We can help with this.
UPDATE 28TH MARCH 2019 - RAIGMORE HAVE SAID THEY ARE OK FOR SCRUBS BUT WE STILL HAVE NEED IN OUR LOCAL SURGERIES AND HIGHLAND OOH SERVICE
DONATE - HELP ME BUY AND SUPPLY READY MADE SCRUBS
Whilst stocks of ready made Scrubs are very low some suppliers do still have limited availability, especially the smaller ones. Unlike our NHS support staff I have the time to speak to these smaller suppliers, source any available and bring them to the area and distribute. Each set of Scrubs costs between £20 and £30. Would you be able to donate a few pounds or a fiver to help me pay for as many as possible?

If you can sew and have time to spend during lockdown could you help make Scrubs? I have sourced fabric to buy but we can also be resourceful and use what is available to us! I will be sharing patterns and instructions on 'more SCRUBS Facebook or by email and arranging for safe distribution and collection - your time and skill could really make a difference.
