Aim

I am standing to be the next Member of the Scottish Parliament for Rutherglen and Cambuslang and asking for your support for my campaign.

Growing up in Blantyre I never imagined that one day I’d be representing people in the Scottish Parliament.

I’ve seen the positive difference politics can make, but after two decades of SNP governments, it’s time for a fresh start.

I’m proud to be your Scottish Labour candidate – ready to work tirelessly for Rutherglen, Cambuslang, Halfway and Blantyre.

I’m a local champion with national experience who has already delivered change. My campaign against period poverty achieved groundbreaking legislation for women and girls.

But I know there’s so much more to do. Our NHS is struggling, public services are stretched, and many people feel let down.

Our communities deserve better. I’ll be a strong voice for our area – someone who listens, acts, and delivers. Let’s build a better future together, with a Scottish Labour government that puts people first.

Rules:

Donations to a political party are regulated by the Political Parties Elections and Referendums Act 2000. By making a donation to the Labour Party, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

  • If I donate more than £500 checks will be made to ensure my name is listed on the UK electoral register (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
  • If I donate more than £1,500 to a Constituency Labour Party or more than £7,500 to the national Labour Party in a calendar year, my name and the amount of the donation will be published on the Electoral Commission's website, although my home address will not be made public.
  • I must use my own funds to make a donation to the Labour Party.
  • Donations are not tax-deductible.

*Permissibility checks will be carried out on individual donors in compliance with the rules laid out by the Electoral Commission on donations in election campaigns. You will be contacted by the Election Agent on behalf of Monica Lennon to obtain this information.  Donor details may be published.*
