The Cause

Thank you for donating to Modbury Preschool and School’s Out.

Like a lot of nurseries and preschools in the country we are experiencing financial challenges. The gap between our income and running costs has widened in comparison to pre-pandemic times. This is due to the increase in expenditure in rates, food, equipment, resources  expenditure & wages. There has been a huge amount of effort this year to plug the gap & continuing to make us a sustainable charity. One important source of monies will be generated through fundraising. Any donations will be gratefully received.

Modbury is a small town in the beautiful countryside of the South Hams in Devon. Our pre-school and the wrap around provision benefits from being part of this friendly and active community.

We aim to provide a safe, fun and stimulating experience for children. During the day, the children have free access to a range of toys, puzzles, books, arts and crafts. They also have free access to a newly renovated, stimulating and sensory garden, and supervised access to a large playground with bikes, scooters and other ride-ons.
