Aim: Providing Mind Matters training to schools, helping develop a positive sense of self, and mind well-being in our children, despite budget

Let’s Shift the Story – Together

Last year, nearly one million children in the UK were referred to CAMHS for mental health support. That’s 8% of our young population. Of those, 270,300 children are still waiting for help, and over 40,000 waited more than two years just to be seen.

This isn’t just a statistic. This is a crisis.

Rewriting the Script with Prevention at the Core

At Mind Wellbeing, we believe it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re rewriting the narrative—starting from the very beginning.

Our mission is prevention, not just intervention. From as early as age four, our programmes foster positive core beliefs, emotional literacy, and open communication. We teach children how to feel, not suppress, how to manage, not fear, and how to connect, not isolate.

Climbing Higher, For a Greater Cause

In 2023, we conquered the Yorkshire Three Peaks, raising funds to deliver free wellbeing programmes to local schools.

This year, we’re taking on an even bigger challenge.

On 7th June, our team will tackle the National Three Peaks Challenge, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon in under 24 hours.

Our goal? Raise £15,000 to bring the next phase of our mission to life: WOW Digitised.

Introducing WOW Digitised: Mind Wellbeing Without Limits

We’ve created The WOW Programme, a scalable, digital version of our whole-school approach. It brings our preventative, emotionally empowering model to more schools, more homes, and more hearts.

Since October, we have:

  • Developed a story-led, character-based curriculum aligned with SEMH best practices.
  • Collaborated with councils and community leaders to begin creating a bigger shift in our movement.
  • Alligned with the Doncaster Talent & Innovation Ecosystem to embed digital wellbeing tools in schools.
  • Onboarded researchers to evidence impact and refine our model.
  • Designed engaging characters - Wonderfill, Ava the Amygdala, Piko the Pre-Frontal Cortex, to make emotional learning fun, relatable, and impactful.

What Your Donation Will Deliver

Your support helps us develop and distribute vital resources, including:

  • A custom-built digital platform offering curriculum resources, structured lesson plans, and video modules featuring experts in yoga, dance, breathwork, and emotional freedom tapping.
  • Hard-copy and digital tools like emotion wheels, e-books, worksheets, and activities tailored for all learners, with neurodiversity at the heart of what we do.
  • Training programmes for parents and school staff to embed wellbeing deeply into communities, and alleviate stress and strain from educational settings.

More Than a Donation - This is A Declaration

You won’t just be funding tech or training. You’ll be part of a movement.

A movement that helps children say "I feel" instead of "I am broken."
That nurtures compassion, resilience, and clarity.
That changes lives, school by school, story by story.
