This May, we’re taking part in a challenge to get moving and fundraising for The Space, supporting children and young people’s mental health across our community.

About The Space
Based in Cheddar, but operating across the Cheddar Valley, The Space support the emotional wellbeing of children, young people, and families through counselling, play therapy, youth clubs, and community projects. And they need our help to grow.
💬 Why The Space Exists
In 2016, a brave young girl named Leah shared her mental health struggles with two community members. That conversation sparked a movement — and The Space was born.
Since then, The Space has become a safe haven for children and teens facing anxiety, trauma, isolation, and the pressures of growing up. They also support parents, carers, and schools, offering early help before problems become crises.
Your generous donation doesn’t just raise smiles — it provides:
