Aiming to help individuals and companies win in the fight against scammers during this pandemic and beyond! More info www.mentaltheft.co.uk
MentalTheft was born when I was doing a magic show about 2 years ago now. I was using my mind reading skills to steal information off of a volunteer. By the time I had finished with this guy he said words along the lines of "Do you have any idea what you could do to this organisation if you were a scammer?"
That was when I started taking this more seriously, looking at how scammers work, following what they're up to and finding out their techniques.
I now deliver talks on this subject all over the UK, helping companies and individuals with ways that they can prevent fraud and save their money.
The aim was to release a book, a channel and a podcast that would help people and small companies for a very small fee (the book was going to be priced at £15 for example, the podcast would be free of charge) and the funds to make this possible was coming from the talks that we were delivering to our larger corporate clients.
Covid 19 put a stop to all of those talks. So, for now, we're doing everything we can to keep this information flowing.
With your help we can get the book done. It's not going to be cheap but the target we're aiming at will make it possible.
The rewards we offer will hopefully appeal to all budgets. We are truly grateful to any backer, we even welcome virtual hugs at this time.
If you can't back us with funds then please consider sharing this project.
We ask project owners to honour their rewards wherever possible but please note that all pledges are donations and there is no guarantee that you will receive any rewards from the project owner. Please see Crowdfunder's Terms of Use for more information regarding rewards for pledges.
