Aim: Be a part of the mental health movement and make a difference today. Give others hope, support and the care they need.

My entire teen and adult life I can helped and supported friends and family as they naturally gravitated towards me but In the past I struggled with mental health, I couldn't afford a counsellor or therapist and didn't ask for help. This lead me to a few jobs my charity work where I'm helping others and supporting people.

During this time I decided to study to become a counsellor and therapist so I can keep helping people. The struggle is not being able to help people who can't afford it. These are the people that normally need the help the most.

I believe in karma and believe one day it will come back to help me when I need it. Untill that day I am here to help as many people as I can. Unfortunately, counselling and therapy seams to be only for the rich and famous. whereas, it needs to be for everyone. 

So, counselling costs. People believe that being a counsellor is just talking but in reality it's a highly skilled job. Counsellors costs £6000-£12,000 to become a counsellor, every counsellor has there own counsellor, supervisor, insurance, continues training etc that has a cost of approx £800 a month. Every month. This is some of the reason why it costs so much. That and charities and the NHS want us to do hundreds of hours Free work every year. Something no other highly qualified professional is asked to do. 

MY GOAL - For everyone to join the movement. Make a difference. No matter how big or small so that I can keep costs down for clients or even make the sessions complete FREE for some. Everyone deserves help.
