We are launching a vital community project aimed at providing free, culturally sensitive mental health support and counseling services to the BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) community in Glasgow. Mental health care is often difficult to access for many, and these challenges are even greater for minority groups due to cultural barriers, stigma, and a lack of tailored support.

This initiative will offer:

  • Free Mental Health Counseling: Professional therapists who understand the unique challenges faced by the BAME community.
  • Culturally Competent Support: Services that recognise and respect the cultural contexts of individuals, providing care that feels safe and inclusive.
  • Workshops and Group Support: Mental health education and peer support groups that encourage open discussion, reduce stigma, and build resilience within the community.

Your support will help us:

Provide no-cost sessions to individuals in need.Train counselors in cultural competence.Create safe spaces for mental health discussions and community engagement.

Together, we can break down barriers and ensure that no one is left behind in their mental health journey. Every donation helps us offer the support needed to build a healthier, stronger community.

Join us in making a difference. Every contribution, no matter the size, goes a long way toward ensuring mental well-being for all. Thank you for standing with us!
