Hello,
Over the past few months, I have been collecting donations for an NGO called International Medics for Ukraine to help them equip a new field hospital. So far it has been going very well and we have raised enough to monitor at least 18 beds and equip 4 paramedic crews.
Getting the correct equipment to the correct places has been extremely challenging in the red zones - an abundance of some supplies and a scarcity of others is normality. Direct routes of supply are often the fasted way to get the right help. The problem I am now facing is transport. Sending the equipment via courier or a major charitywould be risky due to the price of it, even if it wasn't stolen to be sold it is unlikely to reach the correct destination.
The target of 1200 will pay for hiring a van and driving it to the polish border and back, however if we can raise more and buy a van it would be turned into an ambulance to help with the fight
