Adam+ Lewis+ '07 Corsa vs 24 Hour National 3 Peaks

Aim

Unlike organised events, it will simply be Myself, Lewis, and a Vauxhall Corsa attempting the challenge.Total ascent: 3064 meters / 10,052ft

We challenged ourselves to climb the highest peaks in Scotland, England, and Wales within 24 hours. We completed the challenge in 22 hours 12 minutes! The total walking distance was 23 miles (37km), and the total ascent was 3064 meters (10,052 feet). Unlike organised events, it was simply Me, Lewis, and a trusty 2007 Vauxhall Corsa (minus the exhaust which fell off on the A66) with 2 tanks of petrol attempting the challenge. There was a pillow and duvet in the back for the resting walker whilst the other drives Southbound, swapping driving shifts throughout the challenge.

The charity LINCOLNSHIRE TRUST FOR CATS has a retirement home for elderly cats and the centre is also rescues and re homes farm cats. We have re-homed several brilliant cats from this Charity including the latest addition of Steve! I wanted to raise money so that the charity can continue the fantastic work they do for cats!
