Max miles for Crocodiles
We did it
On 13th September 2020 we successfully raised £1,400 ( + est. £255.50 Gift Aid ) with 108 supporters in 95 days

To help with the costs of running Crocodiles of the World, the only crocodile zoo in the UK.

Hi my name is Max and I am 8 years old. I love reptiles and would like to be an herpetologist one day and maybe work with crocodiles. My aim is to cycle as far as I can in one day with my Dad. I will bike at least 30 miles. My Mum and Dad say this is a really long way for an 8 year old. I am hoping to raise as much money as I can for Crocodiles of the World as the zoo is closed at the moment due to Coronavirus and relies on donations to keep it running.

We have visited Crocodiles of the World a few times and I have done a junior keeper experience where I got to hold and feed different crocs! It was ace! The zoo must be very expensive to run because of all the heating and lighting and feeding. I am really worried about it because I watched a program about it and the owner, Shaun had to sell his house to set the zoo up.

If anyone would like to help by sponsoring me on my bike ride that would be great and I hope it will help Crocodiles of the World.

Thanks, Max.
