Maths Week England receives no government funding, so we need to raise funds to continue to produce free outstanding free resources.
Thanks for stopping by. Maths Week England was set up in 2019, following similar national projects in Ireland and Scotland.
We are passionate about helping EVERYONE succeed with mathematics, and give them a platform for a successful life. However, unlike Ireland or Scotland, it receives no public funding, and relies entirely the goodwill of volunteers - and people like you.
So far, MWE has reached well over 2 million young people, in order to inspire them and build their confidence in mathematics.
Inevitably, there are significant costs involved in setting up and maintaining the MWE website, as well as creating resources and liaising with presenters, schools, libraries, and resource creators. In particular, creating, editing, and publishing our hugely popular video puzzles.
This year, in order to be able to continue helping to improve the lives of young people across England, we have created an opportunity for individuals and organisations to donate and help with this, at whatever level they can manage.
In return, you will receive - well, nothing! OK, that's not entirely true. Any donation, however small, will make a huge difference, and knowing that you have been a part of helping the world's largest national Maths Week to grow should give you a warm glow - and of course, we will be only too happy to give you a mention on our supporters page.
So thank you so much- for whatever contribution you can make - you are helping to improve lives.
With gratitude, the Maths Week England Committee
