Aim

Please help me pay the fees to complete the final year of my Master’s in Education research.

I am 2 years into a 3-year part-time Master’s in Education degree, the first 2 years of which I paid for myself from my wages as a languages teacher. I was hoping my school would be able to fund my final year, since my teaching contract has been reduced to part-time this year, but due to budgetary constraints and funding cuts, they are unable to do so. I only have 1 year left to complete: just my research dissertation to write, but I need to pay this year’s £2,500 fees this term, which is impossible as a single parent on a part-time teacher’s salary. My research for my Master’s so far has focused on stretching and challenging the more able, SEND students, and my dissertation is focusing on the impact of Brexit on motivation to study languages to GCSE level. My school has asked to remain anonymous for my crowdfunding efforts which is why I can't name myself or them but I desperately want to finish my degree and carry out this research into the impact of our current political climate on students' attitudes towards learning European languages. Please help if you can!
