Greetings from the Masks for NHS Heroes Team...! We trust you are keeping safe and healthy. A quick update from us:
- We have already had two successful deliveries rolled out since we launched delivering 200,000 units of PPE around the country :)
- With our first delivery, we supplied 10 Acute NHS Trusts (that serve up to 18 hospitals in total) including in Kent, London (including the Nightingale Hospital) and Gloucestershire
- With our second delivery today, we supplied 16 Acute NHS Trusts (including Scotland), 4 GP CCGs (hubs serving multiple GP practices) and additionally care home, hospice and a regional ambulance service!
We wanted to let our supporters know for our next deliveries that we are aiming to source 50,000 isolation gowns and 1 million FFP2/N95 masks.
None of this work is possible without YOUR generous donations so far and continued support. YOU have been instrumental in helping vital PPE reaching many parts of the country. Our moving target for donations reflects the PPE need that we are committed to address as best we can.
