As winter approaches, Gaza faces one of its harshest humanitarian crises in years. Ongoing conflict, blockade, and the destruction of homes have left thousands of families without shelter. Many live in makeshift tents or damaged buildings, exposed to freezing temperatures, relentless rain, and biting winds. Power shortages make heating a luxury, and clean water is scarce.

For children, the threat is especially severe. Without access to warm clothes, blankets, or reliable shelter, they are at greater risk of pneumonia, hypothermia, and other winter-related illnesses. Hospitals, already overwhelmed, struggle to provide basic care. 

Imagine waking up soaked, with nothing to keep the chill away. The roof leaks. The wind bites through thin walls. For these families, survival is a daily battle. But your support can change this. A warm blanket. A hot meal. Clean drinking water. These simple items mean the world to a child shivering in the cold, and to a mother who cannot provide them. 

This winter, don’t let them face it alone. Your donation could mean warmth for a freezing child, shelter for a displaced family, or medical care for the sick.

This January, I will be taking part in my first ever half marathon in Marrakech, Morocco with Team IF to raise funds for the people of Gaza. The cause is very dear to my heart and I would really appreciate all the support in helping me achieve my target!
