Mark's Ordination Stole

Hi everyone,

Amazingly, both the original target  and 'stretch goal' have been met! I am so grateful to everyone who has contributed to this project - thank you so much!

The Crowdfunder page still has two weeks left to run, but I won't be setting any additional targets. Any extra funds will go towards essential items such as clergy shirts (the ones with a 'dog collar') and possibly another stole (there are four colours which correspond to the different seasons in the liturgical calendar).

Once the Crowdfunder page expires, I will be writing again to update you on my Ordination ceremony (date in October still to be confirmed) and also regarding an exciting trip I will be taking to Lambeth Palace, where I will be sharing the story of the stole and how it relates to Chinese people and culture, as I engage in discussions of diversity and inclusion in the Church of England.
