The Idea Behind MAP Limited
MAP Limited was born from a simple conversation. Gary McEvans, a health and safety professional of nearly 20 years and former golf course manager, was talking with his best friend, also called Gary, when it was put plainly: “These days, it’s like we all need a personal secretary just to manage our everyday lives.” That was the spark.

Gary McEvans founded MAP Limited after nearly two decades working in health and safety and property management. He knows first-hand how much time, money, and stress goes into staying on top of compliance and documentation - and he built MAP Limited to take that burden away. His vision is to give everyone - individuals, families, and businesses - one place to manage the documents and deadlines that matter, so life becomes a little less chaotic.

Where We’re Heading
MAP Limited launches as an intelligent compliance and document platform for UK small businesses - the mixed-asset owner-operators, landlords, fleet operators, and tradespeople who currently manage their documents, deadlines, and renewals across too many disconnected tools.
But the longer-term vision is bigger. Once the B2B platform is established and the trust and data are there to back it, we plan to bring these same tools to individuals and families - so that everyone, not just businesses, can live with less admin and more peace of mind.

MAP Limited is built to be affordable. The standard subscription is £50 per month - one platform, covering every document type you own, with no per-asset or per-user fees on top.
For everyone who backs this campaign, we are locking in a founding rate of £25 per month for your first 12 months - half the standard price, in recognition of the fact that you believed in us early. After 12 months, you choose whether to continue at the standard rate or the best renewal rate we can offer founding members.
How We Keep It Affordable — The Marketplace
Alongside subscriptions, MAP Limited generates revenue through a marketplace of trusted, accredited service providers - insurers, tradespeople, MOT centres, and maintenance contractors - who pay to be visible to the right people at exactly the right moment. This keeps subscription costs low while the platform stays genuinely useful.

Early Bird Subscription pledges will activate from the date of platform launch, estimated 1 October 2026. The 12-month subscription period begins on launch day, not on the date of pledge. All sponsorship and advertising rewards are similarly subject to platform launch.
In the event that the platform does not launch within 18 months of campaign close, backers will be contacted and a full refund offered.
The standard subscription rate of £50/month applies after the founding 12-month period unless otherwise agreed.
