Aim
To provide scrubs for free to the NHS locally
I am a bridal seamstress with a business locally for the past 10 years. Due to COVID-19 we have been left with no business whilst this pandemic carries on with over 80 weddings cancelled (and counting!)
To put our sewing skills to use at home we have been sewing up scrubs for the NHS for free! However the fabric costs £12 per set and it would be great to have some local help covering the cost for the fabric to help out NHS heroes that are in dire need of extra scrubs to avoid contamination to keep themselves, families and their patients safe!
I am making any scrubs for free and since I’ve been doing this from a week ago have been inundated with requests from local NHS workers.
Even if 12 people donate £1 that could help protect another member of our community.
