Maisie and her friends go the distance for Pip

Aim

We'll be raising money for a cause close to Maisie and her family's heart on what would have been Maisie's little sister Pip's 3rd birthday.

We are raising money for the Seaford Down's Syndrome and Special Needs Support Group in Pip's memory. 

Pip, who had Down's Syndrome, was tragically stillborn on 14 July 2021. Our family has been volunteering and fundraising for this group since Pip died. 

This year Pip's big sister Maisie (age 5) and her friends want to help with the fundraising efforts!

Six miles doesn't sound far, but for small people like Maisie (and her and Pip's little brother Isaac!) and their friends, it's quite a distance! And that's how far they intend to go - either by cycling, scooting or running! 

So on Sunday July 14th, on what would have been Pip's 3rd birthday, we'll be going from Shoreham Beach to the Perch in Lancing and back. 

For anyone wanting to join in, we'll be meeting at 9am by the public toilets at Beach Green!

Any donations will make a huge difference in helping to fund the running costs of the group to keep it going so it can continue to provide invaluable help to so many families. 

If Pip was here today, it's likely we'd be one of those families relying on it's support.
