This summer Scottish nationalists will be holding marches in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Perth, Campbeltown, Oban, Ayr and Galashiels. Their stated aim is to "claim the streets for Scottish nationalism" and build support for a second referendum.
These divisive marches do not represent the views of the Scottish people, who are mostly opposed to a re-run of the 2014 referendum, which resulted in a firm No vote.
We believe it is vital that these ScotNat marchers are challenged, and they are not allowed to claim the streets for themselves. The silent majority must no longer be bullied by a vocal, aggressive minority of ScotNats.
Our brave volunteers will be there at every one of these marches to hold a colourful counter-demonstration and remind the ScotNats that Scotland's streets belong to everybody - not just Scottish nationalists.
We will also film and count every ScotNat march to debunk their inflated figures which are lazily reported by the Scottish media. We prove - with clear video evidence - that they only get a fraction of the figures that they claim.
We rely on the support of our ordinary supporters to be able to do this. We have a small, professional campaign team that coordinates everything from counter demos, to streets stalls, to leafleting events, to in-depth research and article writing and the wider range of high quality online and physical pro-UK material which we produce.
We have a proven track record of effective activism, and are proud to have grown in recent years to become Scotland's leading pro-UK campaign group.
If you like what we do for the Union, then please chip in to support our vital work. We can’t do it without you.
