Mad’s and Dad’s 10 miler for Alzheimer’s Research

Maddy and I will be running the Liverpool 10 mile road race on 17th March 2024 to raise a bit of cash for this important cause. We will run the full route together (if my legs hold out!) whilst sparing a thought for my Mum and Dad as they learn to cope with the impact of my Dad’s dementia on a daily basis. Please help us fund the essential research needed to find a cure for this disease which will affect many of us in our lifetimes. Thank you!
