Help Lyn Jardine and team engage as many people in Edinburgh North Western as possible and campaign for our right to decide!
Dear friend,
Making a point feels good in the moment. But making an impact? That changes lives.
I’ve spent my life in public service — in housing, health and social care, equalities and local government — working to make a real difference for people and communities across Scotland.
For me, politics isn’t about postcode. It’s about purpose.
I don’t measure my connection to a community by where I live, and I know the struggles and the hopes that shape communities like ours. Because whether it’s Dunbar or Drumbrae, North Berwick or South Queensferry, the challenges — and the potential — are shared.
I measure connection through the shared belief that we can make decisions for ourselves — as neighbours, as communities, as a nation.
That’s what politics done differently means to me. That’s what Independence is for.
I’m standing here because I believe we can build a fairer, more equal Scotland — one where decisions are made for the people who live and work here. That’s what Independence means to me: the ability to do politics differently. To put service before self-interest. To make an impact, not just a point.
This will be one of the closest Holyrood races in Scotland. The people of Edinburgh North Western deserve representation that’s about fairness, opportunity, and service — not self-interest or soundbites.
Every conversation we have, every leaflet we deliver, every moment we spend listening brings us closer to that goal.
When you support this campaign, you’re not just donating — you’re making an impact.
There are no big donors waiting in the wings. This campaign will be built by the people it seeks to serve. By you, and by others who believe Edinburgh North Western deserves a strong voice in Holyrood.
This campaign is about showing what politics can be when it’s done differently — honest, hopeful, and rooted in service.
So if you share that vision — if you want a Scotland that makes its own choices and invests in its own people — join us.
Donate if you can. Volunteer if you’re able. Together we can win Edinburgh North Western – and build a fairer, stronger Scotland we all want to see and make the case for an Independent Scotland.
With gratitude and determination,
Lyn
